Oklahoma Section- Institute of Food Technologists
The IFT—Oklahoma Section is the local section of a 70-year-old professional organization for food scientists. The organization promotes advances in the "science of food" and includes more than 50 regional sections. The Oklahoma Section of IFT is dedicated to feeding the minds that feed Oklahoma.
